We can help with greeting guests, wedding rehearsals, ceremonies of every sort, and/or overseeing your site preparation, set up and vendors. Every event is custom - just let us know what you need.

Consultation & Planning

Event consultation and planning services - $50/hour

This hourly service includes meetings with clients and/or vendors as well as any pre-event work requested by clients.

Event Coordination & Management

Special Event Coordination Services $125/hour

Leave the work to us so that you can enjoy your event. Our experienced planners are also fabulous on their feet. Event day management includes all onsite work preparation, set up, vendor management and day-of coordination.

Day of Wedding Coordination

$125/hour
4 hour minimum

Day-of coordination is designed to bring your vision to life so you can fully enjoy your wedding day.

On wedding days, we serve as the main point of contact. We oversee setup, manage your timeline, coordinate with your vendors, and handle any unexpected issues behind the scenes. From the quiet moments before you walk down the aisle to the final send-off, we are there to make sure everything flows smoothly so you, your family, and your guests can be fully present and stress-free.
